FALL 2025 RESET

Are you ready to embrace the concept of prioritizing self-care by normalizing rest? We invite you to join us in shedding habits that hindered opportunities for relaxation in a world where constant activity was glorified. The relentless pursuit of productivity without respite has hindered our well-being. Workshops and group activities are scheduled from Monday to Wednesday, with the latter part of the week dedicated to implementing actionable steps and allowing time for rest before concluding the program.
